One day, I met someone doing effortless pull-ups in a park, and that’s when I discovered calisthenics—a training style that felt like a game, progressing through levels of strength and skill.

I was drawn to its simplicity, the focus on body awareness, and the supportive community that seemed to follow wherever I went. Over time, calisthenics became my foundation, proving you don’t need a gym to build strength.
